Mystic Moth Co has a no refund policy. We package all of our orders with protective packaging for safe traveling. Once items are shipped, they are out of our control. This means that we are not responsible for mail carriers damaging your packages or any items. Please understand that we do all that we can to protect items, but we can only do so much! Shipping companies are responsible for damages to packages, you are eligible to file a claim for you order.
